Box Office Hours: The box office, located at the entrance to the festival at the Harlem River Event Area on Randall’s Island, will be open for will call pick up and ticket purchases (if still available) from 11:00am until 10pm on Saturday June 23 and Sunday June 24.
There will be no refunds. Festival is Rain or Shine. Artists subject to change.
There will be no re-entry into the festival.
ADA Info: There are ADA Access Viewing Platforms located at each of the two stages. Please note that they have limited capacity and are available on a first come, first served basis. ADA accessible restrooms are available at the ends of each row of restrooms and behind the Access Viewing Platforms.

I ordered my ticket online, how will I RECEIVE my ticket? All tickets are e-tickets. Check your email inbox for your Order Confirmation from Eventbrite. Your e-tickets will be attached to your order confirmation email. Make sure to print them out and bring them to the event. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Do I need to PRINT out my tickets? Not necessarily. Feel free to print out your tickets and bring them to the event entrance. Or go green and download the Eventbrite app on your smart phone!

I bought two tickets, and they both have my name on them. Will this be a problem? No. The name on your ticket does not matter. Just make sure the bar code on your ticket(s) are not damaged when you print them out. If you want to change the name on your order, click here.
My plans changed, can I change the shuttle departure time I selected during my purchase? No problem, as long as there is still room on that particular shuttle.
